South PCN Integrated Neighbourhood Workshop

41.3% of people in Doncaster live in the most deprived 20% of communities nationally and 33.4% of those people live in Doncaster South locality.

Health and Care staff, Voluntary organisations and community leaders across the Doncaster South locality are also working with people from inclusion health groups – such as ethnic minority communities, people with multi-morbidities, protected characteristic groups, people experiencing homelessness, drug and alcohol dependence, prisoners and sex workers.

People living in the South locality face a number of challenges, including being able to access appropriate healthcare at the right time, in the right place with the right person.

We all have an important role to play as we support people to live healthier and happier lives, you are therefore invited to join us at the South Locality Integrated Care Workshop to be held on 23rd January 2024 from 10:00 – 16:00 at The Holiday Inn Doncaster A1 (M) Jct 36. Places will be issued on a first come first served basis and so please book early to avoid disappointment.
